We have therefore developed INNOVATION HOMES which are real showcases for new technologies. Maisons de l’Avenir is striving to make them widely available so that all of our clients can benefit."
Our aim
“We aim to comply with new sustainable development requirements in terms of heat loss targets and energy savings, and also to implement new techniques for the benefit of current and future generations.”
Our innovation homes are designed by an outside firm of architects :
- Heating is provided either by an aerothermal system or by a low temperature gas condensing boiler, combined with solar powered household hot water.
- Outside fittings are made of wood and aluminium produced by Samic, including a tilt and turn sliding window in the lounge.
- The electric rolling shutters have one centralised on/off switch, with switchgear and controlgear made by Legrand.
- There is a rainwater collection and redistribution system.
- The shell is made from red brick.
